My journey to becoming a Life Coach..

There are no such things as coincidences.

When we think about someone close to us and within minutes then receive a text from that very person.

When we get a feeling that a family member might be struggling and reach out to find out that shit has well and truly hit the fan for this loved one.

When we choose to take another direction when travelling because our intuition guides us, only to discover huge traffic delays unfolding on our original route.

So it was no ordinary coincidence that led me to discover the Beautiful You Coaching Academy.

Picture a young lady in her mid 20's sitting at a desk (with poor posture!) staring directly at a large computer monitor and looking admittedly disengaged. At first glance she is dressed in corporate attire and totally looks the part of any professional going about her working day. However on closer inspection you see she is tired, anxious and feeling lost and confused. She is aware of her never ending to do list, she counts her calories, is terrified of stuffing up her job and lives for online shopping and weekend escapes from this monotonous daily routine of work and gym she has created.

A couple of months later this young lady, who we will now refer to as Pip, was sharing with her work colleague how much she was enjoying her sessions with her Life Coach @Connie Chapman. Pip was feeling more positive and was starting to take responsibility for how she was feeling and had begun making some positive, healthy life changes. More work life balance, less restrictive eating and gaining clarity on her dream career. During this conversation Pip's work colleague shared with her information about a wonderful Academy specialising in Life Coaching Accreditation Courses.  It was called 'The Beautiful You Coaching Academy'. "Wow", Pip thought as she explored their feminine and gorgeous website page. This was exactly what she had been searching for and was completely different to some of the other Coaching training platforms she had explored.

Now let's drop the third person references.  I feel what I am about to say deserves true weight and power.

I signed up to the Beautiful You Coaching Academy and my life changed forever. I do not say this lightly. The BYCA (Beautiful You Coaching Academy) was a journey of self-actualization that allowed me to learn powerful coaching techniques, meet a stunning group of like-minded women and gain clarity on the life and business I was longing for. I also learnt that coaching can take many forms – business, career, spiritual, health, life… the list goes on.

And even if you choose not to become a practicing Life Coach this course will provide self insight and healing and communication tools you will continue using for the rest of your life. I have made meaningful friendships, created partner collaborations and have gained exposure to many interesting and inspiring people.

On top of all this the BYCA Course is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - which is a globally recognized professional coaching certification and endorses the highest coaching standards.
