Hypnotherapy

Contrary to popular belief, hypnotherapy isn’t about a magician-esque man waving a pocket watch in front of your eyes while saying “you are getting very sleeeepy”  There will be no clucking like a chicken here, either!

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic induced state of relaxation and concentration, but I like to think of it as guided meditation with a goal.

 How does it work?

This is a very personalised process and a large component of the sessions will involve understanding your challenges and creating clear and concise goals to work towards together. During the hypnotherapy process, you will be guided into a meditative state of relaxation, otherwise known as trance. Once in the hypnotic state, your unconscious mind is open to positive suggestions which allow changes at a deep level to your thoughts, emotions, behaviours and perception, resulting in creating lasting changes in your life

This process is gentle, natural and you will be in complete control the whole time. It’s 100% safe for adults, adolescents and children. No medication required. 

There are many areas hypnotherapy can help with including confidence building, quitting smoking, weight release, phobias + fears, sleep disorders, motivation, addictions, procrastination and anxiety + panic attacks. Below I have outlined some information on my specialty areas.

FAQs

What are my payment options?

There are two options in terms of payment. You can pay upfront ($1199) and receive a discount or pay in monthly instalments (3x $399). 

How much time is involved?

In addition to our fortnightly one-on-one sessions, the time you dedicate to completing actions and tasks is completely up to you and may vary week to week. I am available for support in between our sessions and encourage my clients to share their insights and learnings during this time. As your Practitioner, I will tailor all exercises and between-session work to fit in beautifully with your lifestyle and schedule.

What if I don’t like it?

I offer a money back guarantee if you wish to cancel after the first session. If you choose to continue, fees are non-refundable after this time.

What is the format for our Hypnotherapy sessions?

For face-to-face sessions we will meet at The Wellness Co Wagga, 46 Johnston St Wagga. The format will vary depending on the session and will include reflective questions, hypnotherapy and accountability support. 

For sessions taking place online you will require a secure Wi-Fi connection and access to a free program called Zoom where our video meetings will take place. You will be given the opportunity to have all sessions recorded for your convenience.

What if I am unable to make a Hypnotherapy session?

We will pre-book all of your sessions in advance. If you are unable to make a session due to unforeseen circumstances I ask that you give as much notice as possible and a new session will be arranged.

Pip Honour is a qualified Mindset Coach, Hypnotherapist and Meditation teacher.

After working in a high flying corporate career for almost 10 years and suffering from mental health and body image issues she decided to throw in the towel and create a more fulfilling and aligned path. Pip expanded her skill set and upon relocating from the city to the countryside in 2017 and decided to set up her own business. Pip now lives out her passion on a daily basis, supporting women 1:1 and through her signature coaching & Hypnotherapy programs to realign their mindsets, let go of their limitations and create lives they love.
