This is your first step of our journey together, I am beyond excited to start supporting you.
We initially connect to introduce ourselves and start exploring the areas of your life you would like to focus on.
This is the perfect opportunity for you to decide if I am the coach for you.
You will complete an in-depth questionnaire to help you become ultra clear and specific on the areas of your life you would like to focus on. You will love this valuable exercise.
From there we commence our fortnightly coaching sessions by setting some empowering goals to help navigate your transformational three month journey.
At the end of the coaching series you will be feeling uplifted and liberated, armed with tools and new thought patterns to help support your continued growth.
During our sessions Pip created a beautifully open space where I could be completely open, real and honest. Through helping me understand who I am and how valuable what I have to offer is, Pip has inspired me to believe in myself again. From the first session, Pip quickly got to the heart of the issues I was facing, helped me recognise what was behind them, helped me transform the way I thought about them. She was also with me the whole way as I took the steps I needed to take in dealing with them. I now approach things very differently to the way I used to and feel so much better for it.
