How not to be a weirdo around food.


Once upon a time I was terrified of fat. I was doing everything in my power to avoid fattening foods. To balance this out I binged on sugary snacks and fruit flavoured yogurt.

The other day I encountered a little problem. 

I popped on my old work pants and they were super tight. 

I’m talking squatting position followed by a big squeeze-in kinda tight.
